Every Cydsline product is made from repurposed vintage jeans. We’ve hand-picked  4,000 pairs of jeans otherwise destined for landfill so far, transforming them into unique, timeless accessories. And this is only the beginning. 

Ethical responsibility is at the heart of Cydsline. Each piece is handmade in the UK by talented independent seamstresses, using the finest craftsmanship to create something unique and timeless.

Yes! We have sold to 22 countries worldwide, and ship internationally every single day. As a small business, we aim to ship orders the next working day from our London hub. 

We offer two UK shipping options:

• Royal Mail TR48 (2-4 days, tracked) - £2.99
• Royal Mail TR24 (1-2 days, tracked) - £3.50

We have two international shipping options, based on location:

• European tracked delivery - £9.99
• International tracked delivery (outside Europe) - £19.99

International delivery takes between 5 working days to 3 weeks. 

As Cydsline’s accessories are made from recycled denim, you can pop them in the washing machine. They will last longest turned inside out on a cold wash, and air dried.

While we hope you love your Cydsline accessory as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Let us know the reason for your return or refund request, and once we’ve your message, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
We’re happy to offer a full refund once the item has been returned to us in its original condition. We do not cover the cost of return postage. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement out to you.

Repairs
In the unlikely event your item needs a repair, we will cover this repair free of charge, and reimburse you any shipping costs.
